you start realizing how this can influence our behaviour.

But it can also help you to

notice a fake picture sooner.

At first sight 

you probably thought you were looking at an ad of MacDonalds, which your brain thought to recognize immediately. 

After that you probably noticed something is different...

Mirjam, alias the Kijkprofessor,  changed the logo of MacDonalds into a Dutch sign of the Dutch cartoon called Nyntje (originally found by Dick Bruna). As Nyntje was a rabbit. The French Fries are changed into carrots...
